Established in 2006 by Rick and Kathryn Moser and Scott and Joleen Garvin, we are the first Assisted Living facility in this area to provide our residents with a place to call home. Located in West Union in beautiful Northeast Iowa, our faciltiy is all located on one main floor. You never have to worry about navigating the steps anymore... we make life easy.
